If you are a Riverside staff member or lay leader and are interested in conducting research that is integral to your role, please search our Digital Archive.
If the information you need is not available in the Digital Archive, please follow these instructions:
Fill out a Staff & Lay Leader Request for Research Form, linked below.
Refer to our finding aids on the Digital Archive in order to request specific materials.
If needed, you may book a Research Consultation with one of our archivists to discuss your research or topic.
A member of the archives team will get back to you regarding next steps.
We strongly encourage you to visit the archives to conduct your own research in-person, which would require the archives team to approve your research application.
In select cases, the archives team may assist you in your research or conduct it on your behalf. This is decided on a case-by-case basis and will depend on staff availability and resources, among other factors.
If you will be conducting your own research, you are required to read and agree to the Research & Access Policy prior to your appointment.
Once this registration process is complete, you may then make an appointment to access materials in-person by click on the button below. If you book an appointment without completing steps 1-6, it will be canceled by archives staff.
Appointments must be scheduled at least one week in advance, however, in the case of urgent deadlines, exceptions can be made.
